The JMSR Skincare Management Program is a results – orientated daily regime intended to produce measurable benefits. Most individuals will experience a period of “skin acclimation” whereby the skin will adjust to topical preparations designed to bring about beneficial changes. This adjustment period is usually brief and you should begin to see improvement in a short period of time.
Some mild stinging may occur when applying glycolic acid based products. This is normal and will lessen as your skin adjusts. After cleansing, wait 5 to 10 minutes before applying other products to reduce any discomfort.
You may experience some mild dryness or breakout in the early stages of your program as the skin’s surface exfoliates and the follicles clear. These effects are usually temporary and can be minimised or eliminated by using the recommended compatible products. If excessive redness or irritation occurs discontinue use and contact your skincare consultant immediately.
For optimum results, it is important to use these products sparingly and according to the instructions provided by your physician or skin therapist.
The Jan Marini Skincare System is based on a few simple steps morning and evening to provide a consistently clear, luminous complexion. The products are designed to refine the roughened, dull outer layer (caused by cumulative sun damage); improve the appearance of the skin’s texture and tone; and protect against future damage and visible deterioriation.
Only available through physicians and skin therapists, your consultant will help you design a program to suit your own skin and assist with your individual concerns.
Cleanse
Bioglycolic Facial Cleanser 240ml Gentle, creamy cleanser containing glycolic acid which acts as a follicular cleansing and skin resurfacing agent. Includes a natural humectant derived from berries, leaving the skin soft and hydrated. Apply to dry skin and massage well. Do not use as an eye makeup remover. Remove with a damp cloth then splash face 10 – 15 times with clean water. Suitable for all skin types.
Bioglycolic Oily Skin Cleanser 240ml Gel cleanser with glycolic acid formulated to target oily / problem prone skin. Helps clear acne lesions. Should be applied in small amounts to dry skin then lathered well by adding water and massaging onto face. Avoid eye area. Rinse well. Recommended for extremely oily skin only.
Bioclean Cleanser 240ml Gentle, non-glycolic acid alternative cleanser. Suitable for all skin types, even dry and sensitive skin or when a non-glycolic acid cleanser is preferred. Ideal for recovery phase after cosmetic procedures and is ideal as an eye make-up remover. Massage onto face and rinse well.
C-ESTA Cleansing Gel 180ml Luxurious, foaming gel cleanser containing Ascorbyl Palmitate (lipid soluble Vitamin C) and DAE complex. Complements the use of other C-ESTA products and suits any skin type from oily to highly sensitive. An excellent skin conditioner, perfect for use after chemical peels, laser therapy or when glycolic acid cleansers are not appropriate. Use very sparingly as this formula is highly concentrated. Lather with water before applying to skin. May be used as an eye makeup remover. Rinse well after cleansing.
Clean Zyme Papaya Cleanser 120ml Gentle, exfoliating gel cleanser made from unripened green papaya and designed to be used in conjunction with Skin Zyme Papaya Mask. Can be used as an alternative resurfacing product or in conjunction with glycolic acid products to accelerate results. Suitable for combination / oily skin.
Rejuvenate
Age Intervention Prime 30ml Apply over Antioxidant Daily Face Protectant then apply mineral powder or liquid foundation. If using with tinted Antioxidant Daily Face Protectant, apply Prime first.
C-ESTA Serum 30ml A light, readily absorbed, non-comedogenic formulation to dramatically lessen the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Skin will appear measurably firmer and more soft and supple. Compatible with glycolic acid products and vitamin A. Shake well and apply sparingly to face and neck.
C-ESTA Cream 30ml Nightly application complements day time use of C-ESTA Serum. Lightly emollient preparation is formulated and advanced hydrating agents and beneficial extracts.
C-ESTA Serum Oil Control 30ml Provides all the benefits of other C-ESTA products and includes a remarkable new oil absorption technology to provide long lasting oil control. Gives a dewy, glowing complexion without “shine”. Ideal for the T-zone. Helps prevent eyeshadow and lipstick bleed and contains green tea extract so it is suitable for even the most sensitive skin (oily skin is often irritated). Shake well and apply sparingly to face and neck, massaging in well on oily areas.
C-ESTA Lips 15ml Designed specifically to treat the peri-oral area and with continued use will minimise the appearance of vertical lip lines. Lips will appear more defined and the vermillion border more prominent. Helps prevent lipstick bleed. Massage very sparingly on and around lips.
C-ESTA Perfection Treatment Foundation Provides a flawless finish plus the additional benefits of C-ESTA DAE Complex all day. Also contains salicylic acid to reduce congestion, a common problem when using foundation regularly. Available in 5 neutral shades plus “Pure Dark” contourer and “Pure White” highlighter. Apply directly to face with fingertips and blend with a make-up sponge for a smooth, flawless appearance. Repeat application for greater coverage.
Factor A Plus Cream Improves the appearance of ageing and sundamaged skin, leaving it soft and supple.
Factor A Plus Lotion Assists in clearing acne-prone skin, as well as having a resurfacing and refining effect. Introduce gradually by applying sparingly at night after cleansing. Follow with a recommended hydration product. Can be used in conjunction with other glycolic acid products.
Factor A Cream Formulated without glycolic acid and ideal for rejuvenating and improving the appearance of sun-damaged skin. Use as for Factor A Plus. May be used in conjunction with glycolic acid products.
Factor A Lotion An ideal maintenance product for adult acne-prone skin once lesions are cleared.

Benzoyl Peroxide 5% Wash The American Academy of Dermatologists still considers Benzoyl Peroxide to be the gold standard in acne management. Studies continue to demonstrate it’s effectiveness in rapid clearance of acne lesions. Formulated with non-comedogenic emollients to prevent dryness and irritation. Benefits are enhanced with combined with a glycolic acid product i.e. Bioglyolic Lightening Gel or Acne Gel.
